today I have for you this super easy recipe. This pastries taste so delicious. They would make a perfect addition to any branch or afternoon tea/coffee. Or you can just inspire yourself and prepare it with other fruits.
You will need:
*one ready to use puff pastry
*the jar of sour cherries
*vanilla pudding + 375ml of milk (not 500ml as written) + 3 tablespoons of sugar
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet and cut it into 6 pieces. Make few cuts in the pastry to allow steam to escape.
Prepare the pudding.
On one half of the piece spread the pudding and sour cherries.
Fold the second past of the pastry of the sheet over the pudding side.
Use your fingers or fork to press the ends together.
Place the pastries together with a baking paper on a baking tray.
Bake the pastries in the oven preheated to 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden, brown and puffed.
